York's 21st Century Community Learning Center
21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) are authorized under Title IV, Part B of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act. The Nebraska Department of Education administers this federally funded, competitive grant program to establish and support quality expanded learning opportunities when students are not in school (after school, summer, and days when school is not in session). *Quality expanded learning principles include the following:Â
